A runaway 18-wheeler roared down an embankment at 70 m.p.h. and bore down on a crowd of screaming school kids - until the ghost of a kindly circus strongman stopped the truck in its tracks!
Witnesses said the ghost of big-top titan Mario Mikic materialized in front of the careening rig and miraculously stopped it with his bare hands moments before it mowed down the mob of young circusgoers.
He always seems to show up when someone gets in trouble and needs help. When the mess tent caught on fire, Mario showed up out of the blue to put it out. Another time he saved Sophia the lion tamer when one of her cats tried to eat her.
