The last update of ImageGrab is version 3.0 which you may download above in English. It is 453Ko big. A french version is available for download at this page. ImageGrab has been tested under Windows XP and Windows 98se. It needs directX at least version 8.1 and better version 9.0b. ImageGrab relies dramatically on the directshow technology, so the main condition to make ImageGrab work is to have the directshow filters correctly installed on your system. If you get error messages when opening a file in ImageGrab, it is nearly always due to difficulties with the directshow filters, which are missing, badly installed, or have some internal incompatibilities. Somes "codec packs" are known to create trouble in many systems.
