INGREDIENTS
1 medium size peeled and grated cucumber
2 red onions, finely chopped
Few leaves of fresh mint, finely chopped
12 ounces of whole milk yogurt or fat free yogurt
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 tsp cumin powder
METHOD
Combine cucumber, onions, yogurt and mint all together in a serving bowl. Add
salt and pepper to it. If you think the concoction is thick you can add some
water to it, if you like it thin. Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for few
hours. Sprinkle cumin powder before serving. It tastes a better when served
chilled.
Makes 2 cups.
