Each tea has unique characteristics and flavor, and each has it own benefits. The health benefits along with rich flavors make it easy to become a regular tea drinker. Teas vary in their prices as they vary in flavors, but the finest teas are an economical alternative to costly supplements. Tea is the perfect beverage for our generation.

Health benefits

--According to a recent studies, tea especially green tea may help fight skin cancer. Products which contain green tea could help treat and prevent skin disorders.

--Green and white tea is well known to fight colon cancer.

--The other benefit of tea includes protection against cancers - breast, lung, mouth, stomach, esophagus, prostate and pancreatic cancer.

--Tea drinkers may keep their cholesterol low.

--Tea fights against harmful bacteria and viruses.

--It has been shown to sooth the severity of arthritis.

Dental benefits

--Black tea helps keep harmful plaque bacteria in the mouth that cause gum disease

--Tea, especially oolong, has been shown to suppress dental plaque deposition in humans ,and it helps to prevent cavities.
