The Pinetop-Lakeside has a year around population over 9000 which jumps to around
35,000 in the summer months.

well planned business atmosphere to cater to the day to day needs of the people
in its region.

Show Low
Show Low received its name when C.E. Cooley and Marion Clark, who were enemies
and local residents, decided there was not enough room for both of them in their
settlement. The two men agreed to let a game of cards decide who was to move.
According to the story, Clark said, "If you can show low, you win."
Cooley turned up the Deuce of Clubs and replied, "Show Low it is."
Show Low welcomes the people with clean air and friendly environment. It depends
on tourism and recreation for its economy. It is the entry for the visitors
to the White Mountains areas.
Show Low offers great fishing in mountain lakes and streams and miles of beautiful
wilderness for mountain biking, hiking, horse back riding and of course camping.

Low and its surrounding areas. Show Low has great restaurants, lodges and shopping
places.
People in Show Low have access to Show Low Municipal Airport with two paved
runways (7,200-ft. lighted, 4,000-ft.unlighted), full taxi-ways, a new terminal
and daily commuter service to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. It is
very nice blend of all the conveniences and it old rustic western heritage.
