Do you want some body to take your pet and torture it? Do you want your pet
to go through all kinds of chemical tests which may end up leaving it paralysed
for rest of your pet's life. We all have pets and we adore them, care for them.
So, why not care for those animals who are unfortunate enough to be not able
to have a care taker. STOP eating meat, STOP wearing fur and STOP
using animal tested products.
Why use animal cruelty free products?
It is fair and just to make an innocent animal suffer for our meaningless whims
and fancies. Is it really that important to wear fur and leather? Its time that
we care about them too and theri survival. It is sad to know that their number
of rabbits which are trapped and immobilized in wooden stocks with ulcers in
their eyes; baby seals being clubbed over the head, and the infamous shock treatment.
They undergo horrible experiments; the cosmetic products poured into their eyes,
rectums or vaginas to determine the harmful effects they might cause on humans.
Animals have the same feelings and emotions as human beings and we by showing
no love and care to them , failing constantly.
What can one do to make it right?
1. The first step is that you turn vegan. It is simple and easy to start a
cruelty-free life. Do not eat animal-based foods, including eggs and dairy products.
2. It is equally easy to say no to animal tested products. Buy only those products
that say they are cruelty-free, the products that have not been tested on animals.Always
make a habit to read the labels before you buy any thing this includes cosmetics,
toiletries, household cleaners and laundry products.
3. Do not buy products taht are not labeled cruelty-free unless you are sure
that the manufacturer does not test on animals.
4. Stop using leather and switch to leather alternatives. They are available
every where and look and feel the same.
5. Avoid buying anything made of real fur. Check before buying this includes
clothing and soft toys.
6. Animal-derived ingredients appear when least expected, always read labels
carefully. Collagen, for example, is derived from animals.
7. If you are unsure of the the origin of an ingredient, there are several books
available on the market store to assist consumers in deciphering ingredients.
Look it up on for the information on Web sites.
8.Once you know the company that do not use animal-derived ingredients and do
not test their products on animals, stay with it..
9. There is an alternate for goose and duck down, synthetic. Synthetics are
very advanced now and tend to be warmer, lighter and less allergenic than the
down made of goose or duck feathers.
10. Do the best you can in avoiding animal products. But you might miss some
things which have used animal products in its manufacturing.
