Dumas, Alexandre (1802-1870) - French novelist and playwright who is best
known for his swash-buckling historical romances.
Twenty Years After (1845) - The second in a series of books that follows
the fortunes of D'Artagnan, Athos, Porthos, and Aramis. Its action takes
place twenty years after the end of "The Three Musketeers." The last book
in this well-known series is "The Viscount of Bragelonne" (See also "The
Man in the Iron Mask").
