collection "Kinder- und Hausmarchen," known in English as "Grimm's Fairy
Tales," is a timeless literary masterpiece. The brothers transcribed these
tales directly from folk and fairy stories told to them by common villagers.
The Raven (1812) - A queen changes her daughter into a raven. A man comes
upon the raven in the forest and tries, but fails, to deliver the girl from
the spell. The man then goes to the golden castle of Bromberg to try again.
