Frost, Robert (1874-1963) American poet best known for his
realistic depictions of rural New England life. First
published in England, his work was long ignored in his own
country. Once established, he became one of America's best-
loved and most honored poets. Frost won four Pulitzer Prizes.

draws upon the poet's observations of nature. It includes
such poems as "Into My Own," "Asking for Roses," and "Mowing."
