wow.
when I first heard "spit" on the crow:city of angels soundtrack I was floored...after searching forever for the album and finally finding it in an obscure cd shop in the N section for five dollars (what luck) I've been hooked since...Miss West is a beautiful vocalist and this album deserves more credit than it will ever get.
Solid rock thud and bang
Its odd that this band went nowhere - the album is solid and memorable even though it is sentimental for a 70s punk scene. I think the audience just never materialized - teens in 1996 were in the thrall of hip-hop.(...)
RATified 5 Star
Absolutely brillant. Makes you wish there were other punk albums like this. Even now I am humming the song to "Pretty Suicide" ..
THIS ALBUM IS SICK WITH ROCK AND ROLL
It makes me physicaly ill knowing that this band is not selling out stadiums and is now defunct. I would literally give up my left arm to see them live if anyone knows what this band is doing PLEASE email me it is a rock and roll emergency.
Heavenly teen angst with an adult maturity.
This album is breathtaking and speaks to the soul of any angstridden teenagers. All the songs are beautiferous with the exception of Sunday Morning, which bites the big one. Vocals, lyrics, intstrumentals, A+. What would the nineties be wihtout angst like this...
