I can't believe this CD has been getting some bad reviews it's aswsome i like it better than Waste of mind and Playmate of the year.
This Cd in my opinion is tied with KORN'S "Take a look in the mirror" and AFI's "Sing the sorrow"

Other candiates for album of the year are Blink 182 "Blink 182"
Mushroomhead "X111" Cold "Year of the spider" 311 "evolver" Rancid "Indestructible" Alkaline Trio "Good Moring" Those are all must buys.

It's just not Zebrahead!
This CD is not what I was hoping for. I love this band for many reasons. They are fun, upbeat, and have a tendency to mix up the funky fresh styles with good old rock and punk. I recommend checking out WASTE OF MIND if you have never heard of them, it's a far more unique and original album.
MFZB is a sell out album. Sure, it's fast and punky and all that, but come on, if that's what I wanted I wouldn't buy a Zebrahead CD. Lead guitarist Greg is severly underused and most of the songs have a pathetic juevenile "I'm mad at the world" vibe.
All one needs to do to know that they've been marketed for the pop punk demographic is to check out the album art and liner notes. The song titles are cut out of newspaper letters and the insert is a large montage of band pics cut out and glued together. Could this be any more cliche?
It makes me sad that I once thought Zebrahead could be one of the biggest bands in the world. They still can be, but only because they abandoned everything unique about their sound to sell CD's. This is their version of Incubus's "Make Yourself" album. Safe, radio friendly, boring crap.
However, as a punk album, this CD wails. It some other band, like Sum 41 put out this CD, I would think it was a step up from their previous work. However, I just can't get into this CD knowing what this band is capable of. Majorly disappointing and contrived.

blew my MFZB mind!!!
This is truly one of the best cd's I have ever heard. I liked their previous 2 cd's, but I would have never believed that they could have made this great of an album. I guess I might like it more than other hardcore Zebrahead fans, because compared to their previous 2 albums, this one is a bit of a change. I am more into melodic punk music and don't care a whole lot about rap vocals, and they kinda strayed away from the former and are going more the way of punk. These guys are brilliant at creating catchy, hook-filled songs. I truly don't understand how these guys aren't more popular. I can imagine hearing any of these 15 songs on the radio. I mean, they are even on a major label and so few people know about them, it's ridiculous! They have a couple harder-than-usual songs on the cd, and the last track is an acoustic song. I never thought I would have seen Zebrahead play an acoustic song. But that's what makes these guys great: they keep it fresh, and keep the sounds varied. If you like fast-paced melodic rock music, you should love this cd, no matter what kind of music you are into.

another great release
i picked uo this cd on a whim because i have kind of grown out of the punkish music genre. let me give you some history here. i saw zebrahead play live back in july 01. i wasnt much of a fan at the time, knowing only a few tracks off of playmate of the year. after seeing them live, they have become my 2nd favorite live band (first is mest, mostly because im more familiar with them). anyway back to the present. i saw they released this cd, and i attempted to download some songs, but to no success. i bit the bullett and bought their cd without hearing a single second of it, and i dont regret it for the wordl. it is very good. zebrahead has a sound all their own, and each song of ttheirs is different from the rest. pick up the cd, you will enjoy it.

Song by Song
1) Rescue Me - This is like the second song i ever heard by Zebrahead. When i heard it i instantly liked it. This is an awesome track to begin this CD

2) Over the Edge - Again, another awesome song. This has to be one of my favorites from the CD

3) Strength - Fast paced song. Not my favorite, but still awesome.

4) Hello Tomorrow - When i first heard this song i didn't like it too much, but it grew on me and now i like it.

5) The Set Up - Awesome

6) Blur - Awesome song and lyrics. Definitely one of my favorites

7) House is not my home - Hmmmm.....one of my favorites. It just sounds awesome to me

8) Into You - Get your walkman out and crank this one up....cause it's a rad song

9) Alone - My favorite song on the CD...kinda has a weird sound....strange beat to it....but it's an awesome song and it's unique compared to a lot of their other songs on their CD

10) Expectations - I like where this song is placed on the CD....smack dab in the middle....a song to calm you down before you get back to the harder songs

11) Falling Apart - Awesome song

12) Let it Ride - Catchy and awesome...terrific combo

13) Type A - Listen to this track after a long stressful day...loud and fast to help you forget about your busy day and chill out

14) Runaway - This one has awesome Lyrics

15) Dear you (far away) - Nice song

I added 3 other songs to my MFZB CD....

16) Dissatisfied - Awesome track...fits the CD very well

17) Good Things - One of my favorite tracks from this CD...fast paced...awesome...guitar and lyrics are good

18) Surrender - This is Zebrahead's version of the song "surrender". I'm not sure who had it out first, but Zebrahead did an awesome job on this one and i commend them for that. Perfect track to close the CD.
