Everything Changes CD is GREAT!
I first bought this CD 10 years ago and I fell madly in love with it. I just wanted to say that this is the best CD you'd ever find if you like pop music. All five boys are very talented, some are more talented singing, some playing musical instruments or both and some breakdancing (yeah, baby!). The thing that amazes me more than anything is that Gary Barlow wrote 90% of the songs (lyrics AND music); other guys helped writing too sometimes and even helped choreograph some of the videos which are by the way fantastic, they will blow you away especially "It Only Take A Minute". Give this CD a chance, it could become one of your favorites!
Features some of the greatest singles ever written.
If you have Take That's 'Greatest Hits', than you don't need this: the best songs here are the five, still magnificent singles, confirming my suspicion that Take That were THE great singles band of the 1990s. 'Everything Changes' inscribes the eternal appeal of pop transience in a love song; 'Pray' is a gorgeously mature singalong; 'Relight My Fire' is a burning disco stomper, complete with lightening strings, marred only by some undignified screeching near the end; 'Why Can't I wake Up With You' sinuously out-georges George Michael. Closer 'Babe', however, is something else, the pop song as opera, or historical epic film, a tentatively melancholic opening accumulating and expanding into a cathartic explosion of orchestra and guitar, which is so breathless not even Mark's weedy singing can ruin it.
The rest are strictly filler. Most (e.g. 'Wasting my Time', 'Broken your heart') are perfectly acceptable Take That workouts that forgot the tune. A couple worryingly bespeak Gary Barlow's desire for maturity, with self-conscious, muso-heavy slabs of serious MOR imitating Elton John, Eric Clapton, Burce Hornby, Marc Cohn, Richard Marx etc.; showing why it was Robbie who stole our hearts and solo plaudits. One exeption is the exciting 'You are the one', which, I swear, is exactly what New Order would sound like if they were a boy band.
The boys who cannot even sing
Bla, bla, bla, all the girls who reviewed this unfortunate album are completely "off". Is it so hard to recognize what IS quality and what is NOT? These Take That guys do not even know how to sing. Being a professional musician, I can hear the mistakes in their vocals. The accompanying music is not made by them, the boys I think never held a guitar in their hands. This is not music anymore, it`s just calculated by cunning managers in order to fit in the female tastes. Handsome, or rather "pretty" boys must catch the eye of every girl and it doesn`t matter what musical skills the boys have... It`s just business, not music... Girls, open your eyes and ears - try to search for art, not for goods...

I think that "Everything Changes" is great CD i ever heard! I will never forget them & their wonderful albums "Take That & Party", "Everything changes", "Nobody Else" & ofcourse my favourite CD of hits "Greatest Hits"! I like all boys but that is my list : 1Robbie Williams-brilliant 2Gary Barlow-very very good 3Mark Owen-very good 4Howard Donald-good 5Jason Orange-not so good My recomindation is - Don't waste your time & buy this CD right NOW!
Fantastic
I found this while traveling in Canada. I listened it to and listened to it. It has a wonderful blend of excellent harmonies (Gary Barlow is one of my favorite male signers) and the big band orchestrations are typically English--that is, this is just a wonderful album that BZ and BSB and NSycn wish they could do as well. The lyrics are a lot more adult. This CD has some excellent cover notes as well. It is incredible that this group didn't have a hundred number 1 hits!
