Good but missing a song I really liked from movie
I happened to purchase this on cassette by luck before it was too hard to find. Rating reasons: I really liked it but the title track wasn't a favorite of mine. Also, I gave it 4 stars because of the fact that it's missing one of the nicest songs from the movie. It's when Katherine finds her ring in her goldfish bowl and she's just thinking. I'd love to know the title of the song and I thought it should have been included in soundtrack. I would like this now in CD format so it will last longer. I do recommend it and the movie too. (I'm not really a Vanilla Ice fan but I liked this movie/music combo!)

I would love to tell you how good it is but it is to rare to obtain,need to get hold got people placing orders just to record it.If anyone has got it give us a shout.

Aw yeah!This is the soundtrack from Cool As Ice, Vanilla Ice's movie vehicle. The movie is totally underrated and misunderstood, and the soundtrack is even better. Unfortunately, the movie and soundtrack were both release after the public had turned on Ice, and therefore neither sold very well.
The title track "Cool As Ice (Everybody Get Loose)" is definitely one of the Iceman's best songs ever. It has an infectious beat and interesting rap vocals. Naomi Campbell also provides background vocal for this song. This is the song in which Vanilla Ice refers to himself as the "lyrical lawyer."
"The People's Choice" is also a good rap, although it does contain some cheesy lyrics such as: "first and third, 'cuz you're a nerd ..."
However, overall this is a pretty good album and I highly recommend it!
